If these statements apply to you, you are in the right place.
Let's get you
on track
-
The hustle culture is leaving you burnt out and exhausted.
-
You are ready to take your next step as a professional artist but don't know what that next step is.
-
You need to work with a mentor who 'just gets it' and understands your needs as a business owner.
-
Your business is growing but you need a strategy that actually fits your health capacity.
-
You are ready to become an artist but want to set your intentions right from the off-set.
-
You want to gain real world experience to build your confidence and portfolio.
But that doesn't mean we need to burnout and risk our health to build a business
Most business advice tells you to push harder, post daily, and sacrifice sleep to scale. When you are managing a chronic illness, physical disability, or neurodivergence, that advice isn't just unhelpful, it’s a recipe for burnout and can damage your health long-term.
There's no pretending that building a business is simple and effortless but it doesn't need to be difficult and you definitely should not be sacrificing your health.... now that is a recipe for disaster.
Hustle culture wasn't built for us
How we support you
Six ways we help you build a sustainable creative business on your own terms.
1:1 mentoring
Personal strategy sessions tailored to your needs. We collaborate to break down goals, offer practical creative advice, and build a creative business model that protects your energy.
Group sessions
Join live coaching and exclusive Q&As to share experiences, problem-solve together, and learn in a low-pressure environment with a supportive community backing you.
Workshops and talks
Monthly led workshop or talk covering practical business skills and creative topics. We embed disability-aware and neurodivergent-affirming practices into our workshops and talks.
Exhibit/showcase
This is your opportunity to put your work into practice, at no extra cost. We invite industry members and create a permanent artist directory for current and past members.
Midway review
Midway through your programme, you will receive a review of your current portfolio and associated websites alongside peer feedback to support your creative development.
Community support
Join our safe, understanding group of peers who share your lived experience. The creative space is a limited-space group supporting you on your journey and to share creative wins.

You don’t lack talent or ambition. You just need a professional, supportive environment designed to work with your health and builds long-term success
Hi! I'm Elysian, the founder of Nirvanas Arts Collective, but please, call me Elle. When you join the Collective as a mentee, you will be working with me!
I'm a creative business mentor with a background in therapeutic art practices, support work and creative business ownership. I blend my knowledge of holistic wellbeing frameworks with my understanding of business strategy and my lived experience to create mentoring frameworks that support disabled and neurodivergent creatives to develop successful, sustainable businesses and careers.
I started my first creative business at 16. I have exhibited, sold online, and even ran a physical shop. But doing it all alone led to severe burnout. As an autistic creative with an energy-limiting condition, pushing through traditional hustle culture ultimately hurt my health and my growth.
Everything changed when I built a business strategy tailored to my capacity.
Today, my true passion is helping you avoid the same mistakes that led me to burnout. My mentoring and group sessions provide you with energy-led strategies, executive function support and practical creative guidance. I'm here to get you on the right track both a sustainable and successful business. I feel most accomplished when I see other creatives succeed. Let’s get you on the right track and build a creative career that truly works for you.
