Returns and Refunds
Please read our returns and refunds guidance if your item is faulty or you want to return a product.
Physical items and products
You no longer want the item
You have 14 days from receiving your item to notify us of a return, then you have 14 days to return the item, at the cost of the buyer. A full refund will be given once the item is received in the condition it was sent it. If you paid for more expensive delivery than standard postage, unfortunately, the difference will not be refunded. It must be in the original packing or packed sufficiently to prevent damage to the item in the post.
Commissions and personalised items
Your item is faulty or damaged
You have 30-days from receiving the item to let us know of a fault. Within 30-days we will give you a full refund if your product is proven to be faulty. We may ask you to return the item, you will be refunded postage.
If you are outside of the 30-day window, we will aim to repair or replace your item. I this does not resolve the issue, we will offer a refund.
Please send photos across if possible, as this will also aid in our communications with the postage company if we believe the item was damaged in transit.
Item is faulty or damaged:
You have 14 days to notify the shop of a return, then you have 14 days to return the item. Once the item is received a full refund will be given, including the cost of returns.
Change of mind:
We can not offer refunds on commissioned and/or personalised items if you change your mind or no longer want the item.
We can only offer refunds if the product is faulty.
If your product is faulty please let us know, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Digital products
We can not offfer refunds on digital products. If you are having issues with your diigtal product, please contact us and we will aim to resolve the issue.
